Chef Paul Slemin

Paul's culinary journey began with a humble start in a local Bar & Grill during his teenage years, igniting his passion for the kitchen. With his Red Seal certification in hand, he embarked on his career in downtown Toronto's beloved restaurants, honing his skills in French cuisine while discovering a deep appreciation for the fusion of Asian flavors.

Over the span of two decades, Paul dedicated himself to perfecting his culinary craft as an esteemed member of the kitchens in renowned resorts across Muskoka. He then took on Executive Chef roles at prestigious clubs, golf courses, and restaurants throughout Southern Ontario, further expanding his expertise.

Recently, Paul has developed a fondness for the art of grilling and creating mouthwatering gourmet family-style recipes using locally sourced ingredients. His culinary versatility allows him to expertly curate unique and delectable menus for gatherings of any size, be it a wedding, banquet, or intimate get-together among friends and family.
